We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
We may offer free trials at our discretion. At the end of the trial period, your account will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Prices exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are generally not provided for partial months, but we may offer pro-rated refunds at our discretion for unused time if you cancel within 7 days of your billing date.
Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the Service extensively. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you may continue to use the Service until the end of your billing period.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CiteKit and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (brand names, keywords, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide the Service.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
When you connect your Shopify store to CiteKit, you authorize us to access your store data as described in our Privacy Policy. You must comply with Shopify's App Developer Agreement and API Terms of Service.
We query third-party AI platforms on your behalf. We are not responsible for the responses or availability of these platforms. Results may vary based on AI platform updates and behavior.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and CiteKit.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
